As you may recall from our November Board Meeting, we have an unusual board meeting scheduled for January 14, 2025. While we typically skip meetings in December and January, this brief session (20 to 25 minutes) will focus on three key agenda items:

1. Secretary’s Report – Approval of November 12, 2024, minutes (5 minutes)
2. Treasurer’s Report – Year-end summary review and approval (6 minutes)
3. Special Events – Silhouette Show discussion (13 minutes)
4. Adjournment Motion (1 minute)
