SUMMARY:March General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Hooray!  Hooray!  Hooray!\n\nWe are finally returning to in-person meetings\, HOORAY!  March 2nd will be our first get-together since 2019.  This meeting will feature a workshop presented by BC Bonsai to make a mini bonsai (Mame or Mini Bonsai).  Linda Camp and Jim Beck will present the class to all in attendance.  There is a cost only if you wish to take a creation home\, see below.  As always\, the club welcomes all bonsai enthusiasts\, both members\, and non-members to attend.  Bring a friend or associate and enjoy a night of fun and learning about the art we so love.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLove bonsai gardening? How about super-mini bonsai just a few inches tall? It’s the charm of bonsai crossed with a love of miniature gardens. We will explore how to raise plants from seed or cuttings to create charming\, thimble-sized potted bonsai. The cost will be $30 to $50 for the tree\, pot soil\, and class.  Please bring potting tools if you are able.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSince we go back to in-person meetings\, we will start collecting dues again to cover our expenses.  Annual dues are $35 for a single membership and $40 for a family membership.  You may pay at the meeting with cash or check or online with a credit card at our website\, prairiestatebonsai.com.\n\n\nPlease note:  The College requires all attendees to wear a mask regardless of their vaccine status.\n\nMeetings are held on The College of Dupage campus in the TEC 1083b.  The college address is 425 Fawell Boulevard Glen Ellyn\, Illinois.\n\n\n\n\n\nClick for the full campus map.
